Housekeeping/Laundry
Twice Blessed House provides a vacuum cleaner in each apartment. Patients and caregivers are responsible for the regular laundering of personal garments and furnished linens. Washers and dryers are available in each of the apartments for the convenience of patients and their families.

Transportation
Personal automobiles need to be registered when checking into Twice Blessed House. Due to limited space, only one parking space per apartment is available, but free transportation is available to the Baylor University Center at Dallas and to some outpatient clinic locations. Regularly scheduled transportation also takes groups of residents to the grocery store weekly.

Telephone and Mail Service
There are telephones in each apartment with no charge for local calls. Long distance calls must be a collect call or charged to a calling card. You will receive a mailbox key upon checkin, and mail is delivered daily. Twice Blessed House mailboxes are located on the first floor of the parking garage. All mail should include your name, building address and apartment number.

Activities
Twice Blessed House features a community center for group meetings and special events. This community center includes staff offices, a video library, and a community room. Residents receive a monthly calendar of activities planned by the staff and volunteers. This calendar includes times and locations of all transplant-related support group meetings, shopping trips, community suppers and special outings in the Dallas area.
